Prepare all necessary information (contact details, artwork details, etc.) in advance to streamline the submission process.
Check the average price points for categories before setting your artwork prices.
Key Steps
1. Visit the Bath County Art Show Website 0:19
Go to the official Bath County Art Show website.
Review the information regarding the show dates and guidelines.
2. Review Artist Guidelines 0:26
Scroll down to the artist details section.
Click on the guidelines link to open and review the document.
3. Note Registration Cutoff Date 0:45
Remember that the registration cutoff date is June 26th at 11:59 PM.
4. Start Registration Process 1:15
Click on the 'Register' button to access the registration portal.
5. Log In or Create an Account 1:39
Enter your email to log in.
If you are a new user, check your email for a link to create your account.
6. Enter Contact Details 2:04
Fill in your contact information, including:
First name (legal name for checks)
Phone number
Mailable address (street, city, etc.)
7. Agree to Terms 3:12
Review the terms document and check the box to agree.
8. Create Artist Profile 3:30
Provide your artist name and any additional information needed for transporting artwork.

Select whether you need help transporting your artwork or if you will ship it.

Provide your Instagram handle or artist website for promotion.

Click 'Add Artwork' to begin submitting your pieces.

Enter the title of your artwork (proper casing).
Select the artist and category for your submission.

Enter the dimensions of your artwork (rounded to the nearest whole number).
Indicate if the artwork is framed or unframed.

Enter the price without a dollar sign (the system will add it automatically).
Consider the 30% commission when pricing your artwork.
15. Upload Artwork Photo 9:07
Click 'Choose Your File' to upload a photo of your artwork.
16. Save Artwork Submission 10:08
Review all entered information and click 'Save'.
17. Submit Artwork 10:21
Click the green button to submit your artwork.
If needed, you can withdraw your submission to make changes.
18. Print Labels for Artwork 11:07
Once accepted, print labels for the front and back of your artwork.
19. Note Pickup and Payment Information 12:07
Remember that pickup is on July 20th from 12 to 3 PM.
Payments will be mailed post-show.
