Artist Registration How-to Guide

Follow the steps below to complete your registration.

Before you start

  • Review the artist guidelines thoroughly before beginning.

  • Prepare your contact details, artwork info, and dimensions in advance.

  • Check average price points for your category before setting prices.

  • Ensure all information is accurate to avoid payment issues.

Step-by-step registration

  • Go to the official website and review show dates and guidelines.

  • Scroll to the artist details section and click the guidelines link to open and read the document.

  • Find the Register button and click it to access the registration portal.

  • Enter your email to log in. If you're new, check your email for a link to set up your account.

  • Legal first name (used for checks), phone number, and mailable address.

  • Review the terms document and check the box to confirm your agreement.

  • Add your artist name and any info needed for artwork transport.

  • Select whether you need help transporting your artwork or will ship it yourself.

  • Add your Instagram handle or artist website for promotion.

  • Click "Add Artwork" to begin submitting your pieces.

  • Title (proper casing), category, dimensions (rounded to nearest whole number), framed or unframed.

  • Enter the price without a dollar sign; the system adds it automatically. Remember there is a 30% commission on sales.

  • Click "Choose Your File" and upload a clear photo.

  • Review everything, click Save, then click the green Submit button. You can withdraw to make edits if needed.

  • Once accepted, print labels for both the front and back of each piece.

  • Artwork pickup is July 5 and 6, 12–3pm. Payments will be mailed after the show.
