| | Community SpotlightCornelia Hodges |
|
| BCAA would like to spotlight community member Cornelia Hodges (@cuneya), a movement artist and community arts advocate based in Warm Springs. As Executive Director of Living Arts Gathering, Cornelia leads immersive events that bring together movement, music, visual arts, and storytelling. This year, The BEAR was proud to host part of the gathering which helped create spaces for our community to connect, create, and be inspired. Cornelia also leads the efforts for Troddenvale at Oakley Farm, crafting cider that reflects the land and history of the Warm Springs Valley. Troddenvale is also the home to the wonderful Foodlore Fridays that was built by a community of farmers and offers an outstanding experience for food, drink, community and connectivity.
Her work, whether through dance, community events, or sustainable practices, celebrates creativity, curiosity, and the power of art to bring people together.
Above all, she’s an amazing mom to her two children, sharing with them the same passion and heart that make her such a cherished member of our community. |
